I have had a full refund and i have also made them collect their poor quality tub. I have also filed paper's agaist them for compensation which was served on them yesterday and today i received a special delivery letter from their solicitors, i now have their attention!
Going by some of the info on the letter i rceived today, i would suggest everyone gets a hurry on with anyway they are trying to get a refund, as you may not have long before you will get nothing.
I will help those i can, but you need to ask yourself by time you get court, will they be anything for me to get? Your 1st priorty is to get your money back, your 2nd is to see them go to prison for what they done.
I have got a full refund, i now want compensation, then i want prison for them, if you want prison 1st and then try get a refund then by all means wait in line to get to court along with the hundreds filing court cases, and maybe you may get a bit of a refund.
As per their contract, now for those waiting to get a refund "Time is of the essence".
