Hi
Yes we can supply many parts for hot tubs made in China. If we can't supply then we can usually offer an alternative solution.
We are a established reputable UK based company.
Please drop us a message if you need anything.
Thanks

Just had one of the parters (his name is Stewart) around last Thursday for a survey that they advertise on the web site. Unfortunately, I did not research the company as much as I should have. He was a very good sales man, saying all the right things, and also adding that he was ex-army (good for credibility) and that he had injured his back parachuting, and had bought a spa which is how he got into the business.
Now from the research that I had done, these guys were by far the cheapest for the specs they were offering. He seemed extremely genuine, and once I had bitten, he told me that I could pay a 50% deposit by cheque to hold the 'special price' and that I could even post date the cheque and if I changed my mind, I had a 7 day cooling-off period.
I paid the £2250 deposit by cheque which I post dated by 4 days, which actually made it a Sunday, so the Monday was the earliest he could bank the cheque. Luckily, for some reason, I decided to do more checking when I came across this site, and a few others warning of the dangers of the company. It was on the Monday night when I was doing this, and was obviously very worried. I was lucky that my bank has 24 hour customer service, and I was able to cancel the cheque.
I have not heard anymore from them to date but watch this space. Anyway, I would just like to thank everyone who has contributed to this forum for saving me a small fortune and a large headache
they just cant be offering all the copies they have on this site its a parts nightmare
There are lots of cheap prices on the internet but this site makes out prices were higher but where were they being sold
I read with great interest the background to Spa Serve and the other 'associated' companies who as mentioned earlier in this thread are indeed all one and the same. And to say I am disgusted with some of the horror stories not only detailed on this forum, but many others, this would be an understatement.

Sorry for intervening, but inappropriate information has been removed from Magnum PI's last post.
We need stories, but only include company names when the actual party with the claim is able to make an allegation and is prepared to post their name against it and the full details if the matter.
While the site wants grievances described and crooks exposed, detailed descriptions with the type and origin of product act as an adequate warning for clued in buyers, as do general descriptions of operations, locations and websites.
Take care ....
